A monthly payment schedule is set up for your convenience of qualified credit card holders,
Deliver and pick up is subject to a nominal Service and Administration Fee. (e.g. $ 100. o/w Toronto — Ottawa). Pickup/delivery arrangements can be made via email or telephone.
Personal or Company information is required (via Purchase Order).

The client is responsible for obtaining sufficient insurance to cover the full retail value of the art in cases of loss or damage, however cause, while in their possession.

The client is responsible to ensure that the artwork is returned to ArtFloor.ca in the same condition as it was received. Excessive damage — beyond normal 'wear-'n-tear' (as expected) will be charged to the Client's credit card upon mutual agreement (for 'erroneous' damage).

If the artwork is not returned by the contract completion date, the customers credit card will be charged the full purchase amount.

RICH LEASE with Option to Purchase Plan is available for an Option Fee of .05% of the retail price of the ArtFloor or ArtTable (Minimum $ 250.00) for Commissioned Works — those not in our Prized ArtFloor & ArtTable Permanent Collections — in the colours and style of the Client's preference. Also, the RICH Lease/Lease-to-Own Program will be considered for Works-in-Progress that are not sold, held in reserve or intended for our Permanent Collection.

ArtFloor.ca offers a 110% 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee on Commissioned ArtFloor & ArtTable ... if the subject work created for you is, for any reason — within 90-days of delivery — not absolutely stunning and to your taste, another will be created from scratch ... until you are thrilled with your art purchase.

In the event of Purchase Cancellation, a Cancellation Fee of 5% of the original Retail Value of the ArtFloor or ArtTable will apply. (Minimum $ 150.00)
